Ladies and gentlemen,
We are pleased to announce that on the initiative of Deutsche Bank Polska and the FOCUS building, the "Club of Honorary Blood Donors of PCK Honor Bank" in cooperation with the Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Center once again organizes the Blood Donation Program in the Focus building.
On February 12, 2019, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on the ground floor of the Focus building, in the reception hall A, medical paramedics will be waiting for blood samples to be taken at specially prepared positions for bone marrow donation.
We do not need to convince you how important blood is in everyone's life, for which no substitute has been invented so far.
We encourage all of you to join the action on February 12!
Donating blood is about 1 hour of your time, and can give a long life to others.
How to prepare for giving blood?
- do not come for blood donation, but after a light low-fat meal (eg bread, thin meat, vegetables, fruit)
- avoid fatty foods (lard, butter, cream, oily sausage), which can cause the blood to be lipemic (oily) and will not be suitable for medicinal purposes,
- Drink plenty of water or fruit juice before donating blood
- do not smoke during half an hour before donating blood
- do not come for blood donation
